Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the evolution of AI product craft, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will manage the development of context intelligence and deep reasoning capabilities, ensuring impactful marketing insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and mature the Context Layer to enhance understanding of customer goals and behaviors
• Architect the Deep Reasoning Agent to deliver advanced analytical insights, transforming static reporting
• Connect the product flywheel to enhance user engagement through a continuous feedback loop

Required qualifications

• Significant product management experience with AI/ML-powered products in production
• Direct production experience with frontier AI models and agentic architectures
• Proven technical foundation in shaping data platforms and structured intelligence layers
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks to ensure high-quality production intelligence
• Ownership mentality with a history of building end-to-end solutions in ambiguous domains
