Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

To define and own the product strategy for a new generation of managed agent infrastructure products, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will lead the development of innovative solutions that enable developers to effectively run, scale, and operate agents in the cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and execution plan for DigitalOcean's managed agent infrastructure products
• Lead product definition for foundational services such as Open Harness Server and Code Execution Sandbox
• Collaborate with agent-native customers to understand their infrastructure needs and create intuitive developer experiences

Required qualifications

• Strong product leadership experience in cloud infrastructure or developer platforms
• Fluency in agentic AI systems and understanding of their operational requirements
• Technical depth in cloud primitives, including containers and distributed systems
• Proven ability to translate customer feedback into clear product direction and roadmap priorities
• Strong systems thinking with a focus on user experience and platform architecture
