Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

To define and own the product strategy for a new generation of managed agent infrastructure products, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will lead the development of services that simplify how developers run, scale, and operate agents in the cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution plan for managed agent infrastructure products
• Lead product definition for foundational services such as Open Harness Server and Code Execution Sandbox
• Collaborate with customers to understand their infrastructure needs and create intuitive developer experiences

Required qualifications

• Strong product leadership experience in cloud infrastructure or developer platforms
• Fluency in agentic AI systems and their operational requirements
• Technical depth in cloud primitives like containers, MicroVMs, and distributed systems
• Ability to translate customer feedback into clear product direction and roadmap priorities
• Strong systems thinking and developer empathy to enhance user experience and adoption
