Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Acting as a General Manager, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will lead the partnerships and integrations strategy, defining business requirements, evaluating service providers, and creating a roadmap for both immediate and long-term product success.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the strategic roadmap for external integrations, linking business strategy to technical requirements
• Benchmark against industry best practices to build plans for achieving best-in-class service offerings
• Lead cross-functional partnerships to define priorities and deliver value across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with at least 3 years translating business strategy into product outcomes
• Experience in healthcare, particularly in pharmacy operations and EHR systems
• Proven ability to define and drive product strategy in complex, regulated environments
• Strong fluency with data and metrics, including managing product KPIs
• Education in technology, healthcare, or pharmacy; MBA is highly desired
