Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the self-serve funnel as a product, the remote Principal Product Manager will drive activation, conversion, in-product expansion, and retention to enhance self-serve revenue while partnering with cross-functional teams and shaping growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the self-serve funnel to achieve net-new self-serve ARR goals
• Establish a robust measurement foundation and experimentation practice to inform growth strategies
• Collaborate with GTM teams to ensure effective handoff from product-qualified accounts to sales efforts

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with experience in self-serve or product-led growth funnels
• Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes related to activation, conversion, and retention
• Expertise in funnel instrumentation, including attribution and event taxonomy
• Experience with in-product monetization mechanics and experimentation practices
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, capable of influencing and aligning diverse teams
