Job Summary

Owning the vision and execution of Circle's Global Treasury Management offering, the full-time Principal Product Manager will define and drive a multi-year product strategy, enabling corporate treasurers to optimize liquidity and modernize treasury operations using stablecoins.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, leading the product from MVP to general availability
• Deliver measurable improvements in capital efficiency, settlement speed, and operational predictability for corporate treasury teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify friction points and accelerate product adoption

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with complex financial products
• Deep expertise in payments, treasury, and financial infrastructure
• Proven track record of launching and scaling enterprise-grade products
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across technical and business organizations
