Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning and scaling the integrations ecosystem, the fully remote Principal Product Manager will define and execute the integration strategy, drive product-led growth through AI-driven experiences, and collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to enhance customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the integration strategy and roadmap aligned with company and product goals
• Own the end-to-end integration experience, from discovery activation to long-term usage
• Drive integrations as a core PLG lever, focusing on activation, retention, and expansion

Required qualifications

• Experience in product management within a PLG or growth-focused environment
• Strong construction domain knowledge or experience in construction technology
• Proven experience owning and delivering product integrations/APIs
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools in day-to-day product work
• Bachelor's degree required
