Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategic delivery of a mission-critical product portfolio within Enterprise Data and Analytics, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will manage the Business Performance and Finance organization portfolio strategies, lead complex technical transitions, and standardize methodologies across the product management community.

Key responsibilities

• Define the delivery roadmap for enterprise-wide data capabilities aligned with Workday's AI-forward strategy
• Drive enterprise change by managing dependencies across the Workday ecosystem
• Architect engagement strategies for senior leaders to ensure long-term support for data initiatives

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of technical product management experience in Enterprise Data & Analytics
• 10+ years of managing suites of interrelated data or platform products at an enterprise level
• 10+ years of experience influencing VP and SVP-level stakeholders
• Subject matter expertise in Finance & Accounting workflows and executive-level reporting
• Deep understanding of the Snowflake, dbt, Atlan, and Sigma stack
