Job Summary

Leading product initiatives, the full-time Principal Product Manager will own the roadmap for Yendo's internal AI and automation platforms, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI & ops automation, fraud, and engineering productivity platforms
• Automate operational workflows using AI to lower cost-to-serve and improve customer satisfaction
• Conduct research with users and cardholders to define KPIs for prioritization and impact measurement

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management within high-growth tech environments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
• Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
• AI product fluency with daily use of LLMs for analytics and design
