Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading a major product initiative, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will set strategy, drive product decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions in the talent acquisition space.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the long-term strategy for a major product, making the business case for further investment
• Own the market segment thesis, identifying target buyers and their key needs
• Collaborate closely with engineering and other teams to prioritize innovations and achieve product milestones

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably in a startup environment
• Experience building products that enhance workflows using Agentic and Conversational AI
• Proven track record in developing B2B PLG and B2B SaaS products
• Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term vision development
• Prior experience in recruiting or HR software is a plus
