Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Defining the API product vision and driving execution across engineering and business teams, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will lead the development and scaling of the API platform, ensuring seamless integrations with retailers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define the 3-5 year vision and roadmap for the API platform, aligning with company strategy
• Lead the end-to-end API lifecycle, including governance, design standards, and documentation quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable retailer integrations and optimize API performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product leadership experience in B2B SaaS, platforms, payments, fintech, or API-focused roles
• 3+ years of experience leading products involving technical integrations (SDKs, APIs, plug-ins)
• Strong understanding of REST, OAuth, API keys, cloud technologies, and CI/CD
• Proven ability to define and communicate strategic roadmaps
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
