Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

To shape AI-powered capabilities within a sustainability data platform, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will manage the product roadmap, define AI integration points, and collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful feature delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the roadmap for AI capabilities based on real estate workflows and success criteria
• Own features end to end, including post-launch performance and accuracy evaluation
• Partner with customers and internal teams to translate domain requirements into actionable specs and models

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years in product management with experience in B2B products for real estate organizations
• Direct experience shipping at least one AI/ML-powered feature or product
• Comfortable collaborating with data science and ML engineers on evaluation design
• Strong analytical and quantitative decision-making skills
• Self-starter with a genuine interest in sustainability and real estate technology
