Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

As a Principal Product Manager, this full-time remote position will define and drive product strategy for high-priority areas of the platform, translating customer insights into scalable solutions while leading cross-functional teams through ideation, development, and launch phases.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for key areas such as mobile and AI-powered assessment
• Translate market trends and customer insights into integrated product solutions that serve millions
• Lead execution from ideation through launch, leveraging data and customer feedback for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, particularly in assessment or skills validation products
• Experience with AI-powered products and familiarity with LLM-integrated evaluation methods
• Deep understanding of skill and competency measurement beyond completion tracking
• Proven ability to define structured measurement systems and evaluation frameworks at scale
• Strong external communication skills for engaging with enterprise security teams and customers
