Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Principal Product Manager, the successful candidate will manage an innovation team focused on transforming early-stage ideas into validated solutions while leveraging 10+ years of product management experience to drive product initiatives from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Discover and investigate promising opportunities by framing complex problems
• Inspire and organize the innovation process by creating clear feedback loops and evaluation criteria
• Experiment and learn quickly, validating ideas using no-code and low-code techniques

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of product management experience with a focus on zero-to-one or incubation work
• Proven success in defining and launching high-impact innovative products
• Experience with design thinking, lean startup methodologies, and rapid prototyping
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
