Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of advanced cybersecurity solutions, the full-time Principal Product Manager will define product strategy, manage platform capabilities for AI training and validation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI Proving Grounds and cybersecurity capabilities
• Partner with engineering and design teams to develop high-quality platform features and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and market insights to inform product decisions and ensure alignment with customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of product management experience with a proven track record in technical products, cybersecurity, or AI infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience owning complex systems-oriented products, including cyber or platform products
• Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with senior engineering leaders on architecture and platform design
• Experience defining functional and non-functional requirements that guide engineering teams
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, threat emulation, and security operations
