Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy and roadmap execution for Records Request Management and FOIA solutions in a full-time remote role, focusing on delivering secure, compliant, and intuitive software for federal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Records Request Management and FOIA solutions
• Gather and synthesize input from various stakeholders to prioritize investments and drive product capabilities for federal agency requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams to ensure product decisions align with regulatory frameworks and support secure workflows

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with a strong track record in SaaS or workflow-driven products, including 7+ years in Records Request Management
• Experience building products for the federal government or highly regulated public sector environments
• Familiarity with secure cloud and public sector compliance requirements, including FedRAMP and CJIS
• Proven ability to translate complex policy into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
