Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly strategic and experienced Principal Product Manager to work remotely in a full-time capacity, this role will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise productivity and collaboration capabilities, driving transformative initiatives across a complex internal ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and own a compelling product vision and strategic roadmap aligned with corporate goals
• Lead strategic engagements with business stakeholders to define problems and develop business cases for roadmap investments
• Define and measure product success through relevant KPIs, ensuring alignment with user priorities and business outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of product management or related experience delivering enterprise applications or digital products
• 5+ years of experience owning product vision, strategy, and end-to-end product delivery in a complex enterprise environment
• 5+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple engineering teams and stakeholders
• Experience delivering employee-facing digital products such as collaboration platforms or mobile applications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
