Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Guiding the vision and execution for the Elastic Agent Builder, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will work with enterprise customers and internal teams to define product strategies, manage context for AI agents, and evangelize solutions within the AI ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise customers, sales teams, and solution architects to understand requirements and prioritize product needs
• Develop and align a roadmap for core context engineering capabilities for AI Agents
• Engage with data science and engineering teams to establish strategies for evaluating agent capabilities

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for technical, cloud infrastructure, or platform products
• Deep technical understanding of the AI/ML landscape, including LLMs and context engineering
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Passion for industry trends and commitment to solving real-world customer problems
