Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Principal Product Manager to own end-to-end product execution for an AI-powered platform in hardware development, working remotely while collaborating with engineering teams and driving product discovery and roadmap delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own product execution from specifications to shipping, collaborating with hardware engineers daily
• Conduct discovery across early adopter programs to translate real workflows into product features
• Drive the product roadmap by setting realistic timelines and consistently delivering on commitments

Required qualifications

• Direct experience in hardware program execution as an NPI or hardware program manager, or similar roles
• Proven track record of taking a product from concept to launch, demonstrating 0-to-1 experience
• Strong written communication skills, capable of creating clear and actionable specifications
• Deadline discipline with a history of meeting commitments and flagging potential slippage
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency
