Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and execution for edge telemetry collectors, the full-time Principal Product Manager will oversee the vision for Elastic Agent and Fleet Server while managing remote telemetry capabilities in a distributed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and execution roadmap for telemetry collectors and management systems
• Track KPIs related to agent deployment success and pipeline efficiency, ensuring data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience of telemetry collection and management solutions

Required qualifications

• Minimum five years in a Product Management role focused on enterprise infrastructure observability or telemetry collection
• Deep technical knowledge of log shippers and agent ecosystems, including OpenTelemetry and Elastic Agent
• Experience with Kubernetes operators and Helm Charts, particularly in cloud-native environments
• Proven track record in defining requirements for remote agent management and distributed collection systems
• Strong familiarity with the Elastic Stack, including Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, and Beats
