Job Summary
Seeking a Principal Product Manager for a remote, full-time position, this role will manage the strategic development of external-facing APIs for the CoreCONNECT platform, ensuring they provide a competitive edge for life and annuity carriers while engaging with industry standards and customer needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Define the long-term roadmap for external APIs, ensuring alignment with technical standards and competitive positioning
- Engage with carriers and distributors to understand ecosystem friction points and how APIs can address them
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver a high-performance, scalable API layer
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience as a product leader in an enterprise software market with direct sales
- Background in highly configurable software within enterprise markets such as Insurance, Fintech, or Healthtech
- Strong understanding of API development and technical requirements for developers and system integrators
- Demonstrated ability to transform vague market opportunities into successful products
- Must be based in the US/Americas for effective collaboration with US-based carriers
