Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

To address unique national security challenges, the remote Principal Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams, develop product strategies, and ensure the delivery of operationally valuable solutions while fostering strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with executive leaders and end users to apply new technology for customer problem-solving
• Develop and communicate a unifying product vision to empower designers, engineers, and scientists
• Continuously improve the product discovery process to establish compelling value and identify key risks

Required qualifications

• Senior level experience in guiding technical projects and translating mission needs into production software
• Proven ability to motivate cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Experience writing technical proposals and leading successful proposal efforts
• A U.S. citizen with an active security clearance
• Deep operational knowledge of the U.S. Defense or Intelligence Community
