Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
To drive product initiatives within the Real Estate Solutions business, the full-time Principal Product Manager will collaborate with software engineering teams and stakeholders to align on enterprise needs, refine roadmaps, and manage stakeholder expectations in a remote working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work with software engineering and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on enterprise needs
- Refine product roadmaps by understanding dependencies and establishing completion timelines and success metrics
- Communicate progress and findings through product briefs, status updates, and demos to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or development
- Recent experience in mortgage lending or financial services technology
- Proven decision-making skills with experience in prioritization and trade-off decisions
- Demonstrated track record of delivering quality work on time with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
