Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the launch of a new product line focused on financial incentives in healthcare, the remote Principal Product Manager will manage product architecture, compliance, and market strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Stand up the product by determining build, buy, or partner strategies and making key decisions on regulatory structure and financial models
• Design the incentive and compliance architecture, ensuring member rewards and reimbursement triggers align with regulations
• Build the go-to-market plan and market narrative, collaborating with Product Marketing and Commercial teams to effectively position the product

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with significant time at a senior or principal level, preferably in healthcare, benefits, insurance, or fintech
• Proven track record of launching products from inception, managing partner dependencies, and navigating regulatory constraints
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and unit economics, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority, demonstrating leadership and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in product development and market analysis within a regulated environment
