Job Summary
Seeking a deeply technical Principal Product Manager for Developer Foundations, the full-time remote role will define the roadmap for internal AI enablement, DevOps, and tooling teams, ensuring efficient software delivery for Bitwarden's engineering organization.
Key responsibilities
- Define the Developer Foundations Roadmap to align internal developer platform initiatives with product delivery goals
- Operationalize the AI-Led PDLC by integrating AI capabilities into developer workflows and establishing governance for safe scaling
- Transform traditional QA and SRE operations into scalable, automated platform services that support a unified ownership model
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience, particularly in Platform Tooling, Developer Productivity, or DevOps
- Proven experience with AI-assisted development tools within secure software development lifecycles
- Strong understanding of modern distributed architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and integrating security into development processes
- Experience in leading teams with a focus on measuring customer and business outcomes over traditional output metrics
