Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the product strategy and execution for AI-driven analytics and database performance, the full-time Principal Product Manager will oversee the development of the Aura Analyst tool, AI and ML functions, query optimization, and observability features, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and strategy for Aura Analyst and AI/ML capabilities, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Manage cross-functional teams, providing leadership and mentorship while driving product initiatives and prioritizing backlogs
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate product designs, address operational pain points, and translate feedback into actionable requirements

Required qualifications

• Deep understanding of distributed databases, query processing, and performance optimization
• Experience in delivering AI Agents, skills, and/or MCP servers
• Familiarity with observability and alerting systems, as well as SRE/operations workflows
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-quarter initiatives across multiple teams
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting technical topics to diverse audiences
