Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Tempo Operations Management product team, the remote Principal Product Manager will oversee product management, customer engagement, and sales/marketing enablement while driving innovation and competitive positioning in the market.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and lifecycle, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic objectives
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, drive continuous improvement, and manage product innovation
- Provide subject matter expertise and support to sales and marketing teams for effective product training and advocacy
Required qualifications
- 10 years in frontline operational roles or 3 years in an operational leadership role in an industrial facility
- Engineering degree in Chemical engineering, process engineering, or process safety, or equivalent industrial experience
- Experience with industrial regulations and process safety management practices
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployment models and advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning
