Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the discovery and growth of wireless communications solutions, the full-time Principal Product Manager will manage the product roadmap and lifecycle for mission-critical services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and reliability in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously gather market feedback and analyze trends to identify opportunities within wireless emergency communications
• Define product vision, establish KPIs, and develop pricing strategies in partnership with Sales and Marketing
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of wireless services products, ensuring alignment with customer and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, telecommunications, or mission-critical communications
• Deep understanding of wireless communications technologies, including cellular networks and NG911 architecture
• Experience with public safety and regulatory environments
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional product initiatives from strategy through launch
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or related field
