Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the customer-facing agent experience, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will manage the conversational AI product, focusing on conversation design, interface development, and partner engagement for a leading travel technology platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice, including intent coverage and conversation design
- Engage enterprise partners to shape requirements and launch decisions, translating partner needs into product choices
- Drive design and prototype development using Figma and AI coding tools, ensuring high-quality conversational experiences
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably with conversational AI or customer experience automation
- Design fluency with hands-on experience in Figma and the ability to produce flows and basic mocks
- Experience building or shipping web front ends and engaging engineers effectively
- Deep partner-facing experience with enterprise clients, particularly in regulated industries
- Familiarity with LLM-based products and AI quality practices
