Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the customer-facing agent experience, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will manage the roadmap for a conversational AI assistant, focusing on conversation design, partner engagement, and hands-on design work using Figma.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the customer-facing conversational agent, including intent coverage and interface design
- Engage enterprise partners to shape requirements and drive product decisions for successful launches
- Produce design flows and wireframes in Figma while building prototypes using AI coding tools
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in conversational AI or customer experience automation
- Design fluency with experience in Figma and a background as a design lead on a lean team
- Ability to write code for prototypes without engineer assistance, utilizing AI tools effectively
- Hands-on front-end experience with web product development and collaboration with engineers
- Deep experience working with enterprise clients to shape product requirements and launch strategies
