Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the customer-facing conversational agent end-to-end, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will manage the roadmap, engage enterprise partners, and drive design decisions while collaborating closely with design teams and utilizing AI tools for prototyping.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice, managing intent coverage and conversation design
- Engage enterprise partners to shape requirements and make launch decisions, translating partner needs into product choices
- Drive design efforts in Figma, producing flows and wireframes, and build working prototypes to test conversation flows and interface ideas
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on conversational AI or customer experience automation
- Strong design fluency with hands-on experience in Figma and the ability to produce design flows and mocks
- Experience in building or shipping web front ends, with the ability to engage engineers effectively
- Deep partner-facing experience with enterprise clients, particularly in regulated industries
- Familiarity with LLM-based products, including prompt design and AI quality practices
