Job Summary
Driving the development of a cohesive agentic experience, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will manage the architecture and strategy for integrating multiple business agents into a seamless customer journey while establishing standards and measurement frameworks across interfaces.
Key responsibilities
- Define the end-to-end model for agent interactions and accountability within the customer experience
- Translate a portfolio of agents into a unified customer narrative and own the customer journey across various interfaces
- Establish shared patterns and quality standards to ensure consistent agent experiences across multiple teams
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in product management with experience in platform, API, or ecosystem products
