Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving international partner strategy, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will define and deliver an integration partner roadmap, conduct field research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Toast's offerings in new markets.
Key responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and deliver integration partner roadmap initiatives to improve Toast's value proposition
- Conduct field research to understand customer needs and iterate on partner improvements
- Align internal teams and external partners to ensure effective integration and onboarding experiences
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in shipping complex software products with ownership of multi-team programs
- Proven track record of taking products from discovery to scale
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in high-visibility initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical and business insights
- Bachelor's degree required
