Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the vision and execution of the configuration and change management experience, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will manage product strategy, oversee feature development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the Toast platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product strategy for the configuration platform, focusing on change management for critical business data
• Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs
• Lead feature development from ideation to launch, collaborating with engineering and design teams while advocating for customer-centric innovation

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with significant ownership of technical platforms or infrastructure products
• Proven track record of delivering user-facing features in fast-paced environments
• Experience with systems involving APIs, data models, or distributed architecture
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
• Empathy for the restaurant industry and a passion for enhancing operational efficiency
