Key responsibilities
- Drive improvements in listing completeness and quality to enhance renter trust and conversion
- Expand the breadth and depth of rental inventory across various property types and sourcing channels
- Manage data and content partnerships to optimize third-party data sources and ensure high-quality rental selection
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically with consumer-facing technology products
- Proven experience in inventory and marketplace strategy, focusing on supply-side growth and quality
- Strong background in data quality management and systems thinking related to data pipelines
- Experience negotiating and managing data and content partnerships at scale
- Fluency in AI tools and their application throughout the product development lifecycle
