Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the long-term product vision and strategy, the full-time Principal Product Manager will define and manage the portfolio for eLux and Scout, collaborate with engineering teams in agile cycles, and engage with stakeholders to shape product direction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for eLux and Scout
• Translate customer and market requirements into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product releases and manage feature lifecycles

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager for enterprise software or infrastructure products
• Strong understanding of Linux-based operating systems and endpoint management solutions
• Experience working with distributed systems and enterprise IT environments
• Demonstrated ability to influence engineering teams without direct authority
• Experience managing strategic technology partnerships or OEM relationships
