Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the customer-facing product portfolio for AI Growth Operator, Boarding & Daycare, Grooming, and Fintech, the full-time Principal Product Manager, Pet Care & AI will own product outcomes, build AI solutions, and coach product managers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Understand multi-location pet care operations and own product-side outcomes such as adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue
- Lead the development of AI agents that enhance demand generation, customer conversion, and retention
- Coach PMs and directly engage in critical initiatives to ensure clarity, execution, and strong business outcomes
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in launching and adopting complex B2B or vertical SaaS products
- Deep understanding of multi-location brick-and-mortar operations, preferably in pet care or related fields
- Experience shipping AI products with measurable business results
- Strong commercial judgment regarding customer value, monetization, and market opportunity
- Ability to engage in both high-level portfolio decisions and detailed customer interactions
