Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the Time to First Production outcome area, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will define metrics, shape customer journeys, and set strategic priorities to enhance the onboarding experience for new teams using the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Define and manage the north-star metrics and customer journey for the Time to First Production outcome area
- Collaborate with the Validation team to establish comprehensive measurement of the onboarding journey
- Lead prioritization across initiatives related to onboarding, AI-assisted building, and testing/validation tooling in partnership with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- Significant experience as a Principal/Staff-level Product Manager in B2B or enterprise SaaS
- Proven track record of building metrics and measurement frameworks from scratch
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align diverse teams around a strategy
- Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, structured strategy documents
- Genuine passion for customer experience and interest in AI-native working methods
