Job Summary
Driving the evolution of AI-powered virtual agent solutions, the full-time Principal Product Manager will own the product roadmap, ensure alignment with partner teams, and lead enablement initiatives to enhance platform adoption and performance across multiple locations in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the AI-powered virtual agent platform, translating priorities into actionable decisions
- Drive alignment with partner teams on roadmap sequencing, dependencies, and delivery timing to maintain execution velocity
- Lead platform enablement efforts, including internal adoption, documentation, and cross-team coordination to maximize capability utilization
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of product management experience with a focus on AI, SaaS, or customer experience technologies
- Proven track record of managing complex product capabilities from strategy through to adoption
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently while managing dependencies across multiple teams
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills across engineering, design, and product stakeholders
- Solid understanding of AI, Generative AI, and LLM applications in conversational AI and automation
