Driving strategy and execution for the listing experience, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will simplify complex workflows and enhance agent marketing tools by collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the listing experience
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and business teams to create user-friendly experiences for agents and brokers
- Define success metrics and prioritize product development based on data analysis
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management or equivalent experience, particularly with consumer or data-driven products
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from definition to measurable outcomes
- Experience in building B2B products
- Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs with engineering teams
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills and experience in real estate or marketplace environments is a plus
