Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the discovery motion for future product roadmaps, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will independently define strategies to identify and validate new product and revenue opportunities while managing the end-to-end execution from discovery to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategy for identifying unmet needs in debt, lending, and consumer finance through customer engagement and market analysis
• Shape raw opportunities into testable hypotheses and design lean experiments to validate or eliminate them quickly
• Build business cases for validated opportunities and drive go/no-go decisions with Product and Sales leadership

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with a proven track record at a senior or director level, including at least 3 years in fintech
• Experience leading 0-to-1 builds and owning the discovery process
• Demonstrated rigor in testing unproven ideas and making informed decisions on backing or killing ideas
• Ability to engage with customers, present data-driven recommendations to executives, and collaborate with engineers
• Experience in a senior IC or leadership role at a small, fast-growing company
