Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Chirp Access Control product lifecycle, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will define vision, prioritize the roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features that meet business and customer goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle for Chirp Access Control, including vision definition, roadmap maintenance, and backlog prioritization
• Translate operator and resident insights into detailed product requirements and documentation to support development velocity
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and QA teams to ensure high-quality feature delivery while defining and monitoring product KPIs

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong knowledge of access control hardware and credential ecosystems
• Proven track record of end-to-end product ownership, from strategy to post-launch iteration
• Experience in conducting qualitative customer discovery research and translating findings into product direction
• Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create BRDs, PRDs, and product specs for various audiences
