Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the data platform and self-service experience, the remote Principal Product Manager will manage the platform product roadmap, drive adoption of platform capabilities, and partner with technical data teams to ensure effective data governance and independence across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Own the platform product roadmap, prioritizing features that enhance domain independence
- Design and evolve the self-service experience, including discovery, onboarding, and certification workflows
- Collaborate with Data Engineering & Platform to define platform needs while ensuring operational excellence
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in product management, particularly with data platforms or infrastructure products
- Experience designing tools for technical teams that promote self-service adoption
- Track record of shipping platform capabilities that facilitate scalable self-service
- Deep understanding of the modern data stack and familiarity with data mesh architecture
- Experience in restaurant tech, fintech, or B2B SaaS preferred
