Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the strategy for the Credit Building vertical, the full-time Principal Product Manager will partner with executive leadership to shape product direction, manage KPIs and P&L, and mentor PMs while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for the Credit Building vertical, balancing growth, profitability, customer experience, and regulatory compliance
• Translate strategic goals into a prioritized roadmap and clear requirements for engineering teams, while mentoring other PMs
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations to drive product outcomes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record in strategy ownership for a core product
• Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional alignment and drive executive-level outcomes without formal authority
• Experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment, preferably in fintech or related fields
• Fluency in using AI tools to enhance product management workflows and experience in helping others adopt these tools
• Strong analytical skills with SQL competence and hands-on experience with data analysis tools
