Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading a major product initiative, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will set strategy and KPIs, drive product decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions in the talent acquisition space.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the product vision and strategy, making a business case for investment
- Own market insights, defining target buyers and customer personas
- Collaborate with engineering and other teams to prioritize innovations and achieve product milestones
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably in a startup environment
- Experience in building products that enhance workflows using AI technologies
- Proven track record in B2B PLG and SaaS product development
- 10 product building
- Familiarity with recruiting or HR software is a plus
