Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning a product track end to end, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will manage strategy, discovery, roadmap, delivery, and outcomes while prioritizing business impact and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Run evidence-led discovery through customer interviews, support insights, and competitive analysis to define clear problem statements
• Prioritize product initiatives based on business impact and define KPIs to monitor progress and report learnings
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver product increments while ensuring quality and stability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years owning a self-serve SaaS product
• Proven track record of measurable business outcomes such as conversion, activation, and retention
• Strong skills in designing and interpreting A/B tests and working with data analytics tools
• Experience in product-led growth strategies in high-volume self-serve funnels
• Ability to work in ambiguity and bring structure to product development processes
