Job Summary
Driving the Service Experience product agenda end to end, the full-time Principal Product Manager will work remotely to enhance customer and Pro interactions through AI integration, overseeing product strategy and accountability for company-level metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Service Experience swim lane, focusing on marketplace trust and AI-assisted policies
- Develop AI-powered support systems for customers and Pros, ensuring high satisfaction and effective conflict resolution
- Define and achieve company-level metrics, including Contribution LTV and brand-promise metrics, while shaping the vision for AI transformation in the service experience
Required qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional outcomes in product management
- Extensive experience with AI technologies and hands-on development using LLMs
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to influence leadership and collaborate effectively across teams
- Experience in managing complex product strategies beyond just support functions
