Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Passionate about transforming the banking system, the full-time hybrid Principal Product Manager will define product strategy and develop a Banking as a Service platform, enabling clients to deliver innovative financial products.
Key responsibilities
- Define product strategy and ensure alignment with company goals while developing and maintaining a prioritized product roadmap
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product execution from concept to launch, gathering customer insights to inform roadmap prioritization
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and ensure resource allocation meets business goals
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management and/or engineering with a track record of building fintech products
- Prior experience in enterprise software and scalable SaaS platform design, particularly in compliance-centric products
- Strong technical competence with a history of building high-velocity, low-latency, high-availability services
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align stakeholders on product goals
- Strong judgment and analytical skills with a user-first mindset in product development
