Job Summary
As a Principal Product Manager for Platform Engineering, the full-time remote position will own product strategy for platform capabilities, driving adoption and migration across engineering teams while establishing measurable success metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Own platform strategy, turning independent infrastructure roadmaps into coherent product directions
- Define golden paths for engineering processes and drive measurable adoption across teams
- Partner with engineering leaders to enhance the product operating model and strengthen discovery and requirements
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, particularly with internal platforms and infrastructure
- Experience managing a platform portfolio with interdependent capabilities across multiple teams
- Strong technical fluency in cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
- Proven track record of driving platform standards adoption across non-managed teams
- Experience leading large-scale migrations and operating in ambiguous environments
