Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the vision and strategy for Payments, the full-time salaried Principal Product Manager will manage the end-to-end payments experience, including client billing, practitioner payouts, and emerging monetization opportunities, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the multi-year strategy for payments, including core processing and emerging monetization opportunities
• Manage vendor relationships and performance for payment service providers and processors
• Serve as the internal expert on payments, ensuring alignment with practitioner and client needs across product development

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, particularly in payments or fintech
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and regulatory environments
• Experience managing vendor relationships and running formal RFP processes
• Proven track record of incubating and scaling new product lines
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics for decision-making
